Installation of drum and hose irrigation systems
For efficient and successful farming, hose irrigation systems are used in a wide range of models. The main three series of system designs are very popular:
MINI
polyethylene pipe length: from 280 to 450 m;
flow rate: 15-70 m3 / h;
width of the irrigated area: 54-84 m.
MIDL
pipe length: from 310 to 550 m;
flow rate: 25-80 cubic meters m / h;
width of the irrigated area: 63-90 m.
MAXI
the length of the polyethylene pipe: from 360 to 680 m;
flow rate: 34-107 cubic meters m / h;
width of the irrigated area: 66-99 m.
Experts of the company “EUROPLANT” will help you to consult on the choice of models, who can design irrigation systems and autonomous drip irrigation for any task with ideally suited systems.
The equipment, due to its design features, has a high strength and durability factor. The frame and chassis are ready to withstand heavy loads due to the use of high quality galvanized steel in their production.
The polyurethane drum is sandblasted before painting and the final stage of its manufacture is application to the surface of the soil.
The system uses polyethylene made from 100% virgin raw materials.
Intensive watering is ensured by simple, intuitive controls.
The distribution carriage contains a chain drive in the structure.
The system is turned off by a special valve.
The need for spare parts during maintenance is as low as possible.
Hose systems and reclamation piping are powered by the most efficient turbines on the market and are regulated by a bypass motor. The bypass opens at low speeds with the flow directed to the water gun without entering the turbine.
Automatic closure of the system bypass is performed during start-up at high speed with flow through the turbine, thereby increasing the power and speed of the diversion. The turbine has low pressure losses. The device is coupled with a four-speed gearbox to increase efficiency at medium speeds.
Benefits:
- Reduced investment cost per unit area
- Very high mobility – can be moved very easily from one surface to another
- Possibility to cover very large areas
- Low operating pressure – from 5 bar
- Robust and compact construction
- Possibility of storage in winter
- Possibility to equip with spray gun or ramp
- Very long service life
- Simplicity of operation and very low maintenance costs
- Possibility of coupling to the tractor socket for winding in the absence of pressure
